About Me
My Name is Mary P. Jackson! I’m a mother, wife, Nana, sister, auntie, daughter, and sista, so essentially, I’m every woman.
I understand juggling multiple roles, single parenting, relationships, caregiving and the need for a safe space to navigate through these everyday concerns using person- centered, emotionally focused, and CBT modalities.

I’m a graduate of North Carolina A&T with a B.A in psychology (AGGIEPRIDE!) and North Carolina Central with a Master in Social Work. After graduating, I pursued my licensure for Clinical Social Work. I’m currently licensed in NC, SC, UT, IL, LA, VA & FL. I’m also a clinical trauma professional trained in EMDR, EMDR & HIPHOP, Prepare/Enrich, and Emotionally Focused therapy.
As a therapist dedicated to empowering Black women, I strive to create a sanctuary where your voice is heard, and your journey is honored. When you work with me, you’ll experience a transparent, authentic, and nonjudgmental space tailored to your unique experiences. Together, we’ll navigate life’s challenges while celebrating your strength, resilience, and growth.
You deserve a space that prioritizes your well-being and uplifts your story, and I’m here to walk alongside you every step of the way. Let’s embark on a journey toward healing and empowerment—on your terms.
